By engaging with Stone Emporium, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the export and supply of our premium architectural stone products.
Orders & Quotations
All quotations provided by Stone Emporium are valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and the required down payment as specified in the pro-forma invoice.
Delivery & Logistics
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, shipping schedules are estimates and subject to carrier availability and international logistics conditions. Stone Emporium is not liable for delays caused by customs or force majeure.
Material Variation
Natural stone is a product of nature and exhibits variations in color, texture, and veining. Samples provided are indicative; the final material may vary slightly as it reflects the unique character of the quarry block.
Inspection & Claims
Customers or their agents are encouraged to inspect materials before shipping. Any claims regarding quantity or quality must be reported within 48 hours of cargo arrival at the destination port.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with Stone Emporium shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
